Offense will crush them come March...
Still better then Kentucky. 😝 -
dazedconfusedlouisville, there's a dude on your team with 30 points...maybe try something crazy and run the offense through him? just a thought

Has he got a shot this OT? -
Azubuike24I don't know about that...but it's wide open.
I'd wager that UK may go further than UL. I mean Siva and Smith, have you seen 2 lead guards who can just kill a team more than these guys can?
If they really knew how to use Blackshear, Behanan and Dieng, they could be a lot better. -
Azubuike24I mean Russ Smith is a midget, walk-on who is 4 for 20 in the game yet has hogged the ball for the last 2 OT's. Are you really saying that can lead a team to a title? No chance.

Put 21 up vs Kentucky. -
Tiger2003Really rushing the court? Dumb
-
Crimson streakGame! Thank you baby Jesus
-
Azubuike24Has nothing to do with UK anyway.
4 for 21.
Russ Smith shoots 21 times including like 8 of the last 9 shots.
Wayne Blackshear takes 3 shots all night.
Behanan dominates the game but he rarely even gets the rock.
It's okay though. I hate UL. I called their weaknesses in July. It was the same as last year. -

Oh I know. He single-handedly kept them in the regular season game last year too. I'm just saying. He's a gunner. They run the offense though him, and they CAN'T WIN 6 games in a row like that. I doubt they can win 3.Tiger2003;1386072 wrote:Put 21 up vs Kentucky. -

They went to the Final 4 if that is their weakness I guess it's a good weakness. -

Yeah but the exact same thing was said of them last year...Azubuike24;1386077 wrote:Oh I know. He single-handedly kept them in the regular season game last year too. I'm just saying. He's a gunner. The fact you care that a bunch of college kids are having fun rushing the court and having a close, awesome, interaction with their players (and peers) after a memorable and awesome 5 overtime game.Tiger2003;1386080 wrote:What is funny about it?
So yes, lol at you. -
Azubuike24I'm not necessarily arguing. I'm not the only one on this board, despite my clear disdain for the Cards, who sees this same thing. I guess we'll see how it plays out.
It's just my opinion that UL could be better than they are with some of the guys they have up front. Siva and Smith get an awful lot of credit and there just isn't a ton of substance there, IMO. Not in-terms of having the "it factor" to carry a team. Siva has never had it. Why do you think he's been here for 4 years?
Maybe given the landscape of the sport though, it might be enough. We'll see. -

Ok. I just think rushing the court as a ranked team is dumb. -

Fine, you're entitled to that. I just feel that caring about whether someone does it or not is dumb considering the fact it's a bunch of college kids having fun. Not directed at just you, but anyone in general who cares about it.Tiger2003;1386085 wrote:Ok. I just think rushing the court as a ranked team is dumb. -
reclegend22Had they been playing offense in this game tonight, the final score might have been in the 140s or 150s.
Great ending to the day, though. The Big East certainly knows how to deliver drama. -

im okay with nd students rushing the court. crazy, emotional game and i believe some of those students were going to be asked to throw on a jersey if it went another ot. now oklahoma storming the court today looked foolishlhslep134;1386083 wrote:The fact you care that a bunch of college kids are having fun rushing the court and having a close, awesome, interaction with their players (and peers) after a memorable and awesome 5 overtime game.

oh and glad louisville lost. they certainly deserved it after playing and coaching like a bunch of idiots -

I just think the rushing the court has lost some of its meaning. -

You are not alone. Taking the whole picture into account, Siva is average at best and nowhere close to a big-time player.Azubuike24;1386084 wrote:I'm not necessarily arguing.
