Good luck to LSU with that tough opponent in Idaho today.cats gone wild;1271628 wrote:Going to break a record for wins in a row vs. non conference teams during the regular season. trolling again. LSU has alot more better non conference wins than your team lately.Pick6;1271638 wrote:Good luck to LSU with that tough opponent in Idaho today. -

Cal lost to Nevada
We played a mid tier MAC school and then a school that plays in the worst ranked conference in D-I. Let's not cast stones when we live in glass houses -

The MAC went 4-1 in Bowl Games last year.jordo212000;1271643 wrote:Cal lost to Nevada

And at least OSU doesnt schedule 1-AA opponents. Towson will be a tough game for LSU as well. -

Yeah.. The MAC is really really good. -

The MAC is way up from a few years agi, and the upper half of the MAC and lower half of the B1G pretty much overlap this year -

We took a year off from tough non con games. Last year we played WVU and Oregon. Next year we have TCU. We schedule with the best of them and play in the toughest conference/division in all of college football.Crimson streak;1271658 wrote:Lol the Mac is trash. They have not played a 1-AA opponent since 08, and do not have one scheduled in the future.karen lotz;1271660 wrote:???
On the other hand, LSU has/wil played/play at least one FCS oppoent from 08 to 2016 in every year but 09. -

I meant this year. But last year I do give props to lsu for scheduling Oregon and wvu. I would have loved to see a home and home with Oregon though. That would have been a great match up this year. -

It's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. LSU does that, but they have had 2 "big" OOC games in one season as well. OSU has more consistently scheduled 1 "big" game and 3 turds, so it's really a wash (but I know no one will accept that answer because it's more fun to make arguments) -

But Florida, South Carolina and Alabama will be tough games. South Carolina and Alabama are better than anyone in the Big 10Pick6;1271644 wrote:The MAC went 4-1 in Bowl Games last year.

I don't see that as a huge upset. Auburn is bad.gerb131;1271791 wrote:ULM tied it up with Auburn 28-28 -
MulvaLooks like Auburn might survive this one. They'll struggle to even make a bowl this year though. I wonder how long the national title will buy Chizik.

36-7 Louisville. Not even halftime yet. -

Ohio State
USC
Oregon
Michigan State
That should be your top 5 in that order. The next closest team to Alabama in the SEC is LSU, and I'd put them at 38. -

When the toughest opponent on your non-conference schedule in the past 20 years is LA Tech, no surprise here.cats gone wild;1271628 wrote:Going to break a record for wins in a row vs. non conference teams during the regular season.
