Oh right, if BK coaches in the Sugar Bowl Cinci wins instead of getting blown out by 5 TDs. Give me a break.

And he has zero D1 national titles. No one cares about anything below D1.

He's only been coaching d-1 for what 8 years? And 6 were at cinci and central Michigan

8 years at the D1 level and Zero BCS bowl wins. Zero. Ohio State has more vacated BCS bowl wins in a much tougher conference than ND and BK combined times 1 trillion.

Hell Tressel only coached for 10 years at OSU at the D1 level and won 6 BCS bowls, 1 NT, and 6 B1G championships. What's BK's excuse?

He's been at a big time program for 2 years? I'll give him time before I call him a shitty coach considering he has won every where he has been

Of course you will. You are a delusional ND fan who believes that a coach who's never won on the big stage is going to turn around a mediocre program that's too arrogant to join a conference that they'd never win. Try the MAC, you might get by Toledo on some years.

I'm a delusional nd fan because I want to give a coach more than 2 years to prove himself? Excuse me while I lol. These next 2 years are the years you can really start holding judgement. After this year all of players will be his recruits do then there's no excuses. But I am 100 percent confident nd will be in a bcs bowl in the next 2 season

I've heard this before; "Just wait til next year...". Please, spare me. Remember how long ND gave Charlie Weis? The savior of the program with a 10 year extension for a close loss to USC?

ND's best year is always next year, until next year happens then its the year after.

Of course ND has a chance at getting to a BCS bowl, winning one is another story. ND plays a cake schedule and can have up to 5 losses before the media finally puts ND out of the National Championship conversation.

Only in South Bend are the military academies, Syracuse, Boston College, Wake Forrest, Pitt, and BYU considered powerhouses. Call me when you grow a pair and schedule the likes of Alabama, Ohio State, LSU, Wisconsin, Penn State, Purdue, Texas, etc.

^^^lol @ using Penn State and Purdue as tough games

Anyone wanna bet sleeper applied to ND and was rejected? No other reason he'd be so bitter.

Lol that's my guess. Considering notre dame plays purdue every year. Played penn st recently and plays USC, oklahoma, Michigan, Miami, and Stanford this year.

Let's look at Ohio states ooc schedule...

    Miami oh
    Ucf
    Cal
    Uab

    Great ooc schedule right there

I actually didn't even apply to ND but I'd have no problem sending any of my future children to college there to study engineering or business if they chose to do so.

When you play in the B1G, the toughest conference in the nation, it's only fair that they play a lackluster OOC schedule.

Ohio State and the NCAA, in the interest of integrity and placing the student before the athlete, has decided to forgo playing in ANY bowl game this year. I expect nothing less from the best academic and athletic institution in the country.

All you needed say. How many wins did OSU have in 2010? I think the answer is the same.

RDI, what team do you follow?

I don't because my school not only blows at football, they play schools like Umass, URI, and Villanova. I went to the University of Maine, I follow hockey.

Ohio State and the NCAA, in the interest of integrity and putting the student before the athlete, has decided that the wins associated with the 2010 were won with standards not conducive to a academic or ethical environment. Ohio State recognizes that there are more important things in life than winning football games and that is the academic success and integrity of its students. Ohio State also recognizes that winning starts in the classroom and ends up on the football field and few schools do it like Ohio State does it.
