Carolina @ Duke - Round 2
-
wildcats20ACC Regular Season Title is on the line.
About 45 minutes from tip-off. -
MulvaI think UNC wins it. Hopefully it'll be a good one.

reclegend22My spinal cord is going pretty wild. While flooded with nerves, however, I feel confident.
Like in the first meeting in Chapel Hill, Duke will obviously be stalking the arc for outside shots tonight to take advantage of its clear advantage over the Heels in perimeter scoring. I'm often very perplexed as to why Roy Williams doesn't concentrate more on putting capable long-range shooters on the floor. If the Blue Devils can hit just 35 percent of their three-pointers tonight while making somewhere between 10 to 14 of them (not very unusual for this Duke team), I think Carolina will have to shoot 55 percent from the floor from two for the game in order to win. (This is where the Paul Westhead philosophy comes into play, trading twos for threes.) As a 45% shooting team, the Heels will really need to be hot tonight if Duke is making the deep ball. In the first match-up, Carolina shot about 50% from the floor, well above the Heels' season average, and still lost.
If Roy finally has learnt his lesson and Carolina focuses first and foremost on putting pressure on the perimeter, Duke could be in trouble. -
wildcats20If the Dookies don't make 10 threes, they have no chance.
I don't see them doing it. -
wildcats20Clinic right now.

Or Duke could just miss every shot it takes. That'll do it.reclegend22;1103957 wrote:My spinal cord is going pretty wild. While flooded with nerves, however, I feel confident.

hoops23How was that a charge on Bullock? Terrible call...
I know the basket counted, but still just horrible. -
wildcats20It's the right call because he called a charge, but it was a bad call.
You can't slide underneath a player once he is in the air and take a charge. -
hoops23Nice move by Henson.
-
wildcats20Nice answer by the Heels of the little Dookie run.
-
wildcats20Eh, I don't like that call. Should have been a block.
-
wildcats20How was that a no call?!? lol
Karl Hess is so bad. He is on the level of Eddie and Teddy. -
hoops23The officiating is so bad.
-
hoops23Oh my goodness.

Skyhook79UNC struggling tonight just 1-7 from 3 and have almost double the turnovers of Duke. If they clean that up at halftime they could be looking at a win tonight.

hoops23I really love Kendall Marshall's game. Old school PG. So smooth
