Moore would make this class complete

Considered committing while talking to Kelly this morning but needs to talk it over with his parents first.

Clement and Muhammad both I believe wanted to commit but were told to hold off. I believe we have room for 3 more. A corner or 2 a pass rusher and a rb/ slot guy. It would be awesome to get Alexander/Moore/ Willis/Luke(2 of them) Muhammad as the pass rusher and folston.

    Class rankings:

    247 - 5
    Rivals - 4
    Scout - 3
    ESPN - 7 (pre-Hunter)
    247 Comp - 6

Notre Dame seriously needs a stud cornerback in this class. The two committed corners aren't considered to be studs by everyone. They need an elite corner badly.

Three sports left then? Definitely take DE/OLB Alquadin Muhammad and CB LJ Moore. If they can get Priest Willis or Mackensie Alexander you do not take an RB and save it for 2014.

Amir Carlisle will have eligibility until 2015. Mahone has eligibility until 2016. Even Atkinson has until 2014. Kelly doesn't need RBs at the moment; he needs corners and athletes behind the terrific front seven.

Notre Dame is exercising a 3-year out in their football contract w/ Michigan. The teams' last game vs. each other will be in 2014.
    Just saw sportscenter tweet that

Pretty awesome. This is the first time ND has been on the cover of SI since the '06 CFB preview edition.

I was going to say 'beware the SI cover jinx', but after what that young man went through last week, it just didn't seem appropriate...nice cover, though

Manti was on the same flight as my buddy and his kid yesterday. He had just gone home to bury his grandma. Manti of course coming back to Hawaii to bury his grandma and gf. Cool of him to take a pic with them.

Looks like it's unofficially South Florida vs Notre Dame for Tarean Folster. I'm okay with that.

Yeah a slot guy whom many figured Weis took just to get Manti with him. Last year he did pretty well as a reserve WR, and this year has made some big time catches.

It appears that Max Redfield may actually have some seriously legitimate interest in the Irish.
