I think Notre Dame is growing because maybe they have some guys that are doing something worthy of a suspension which creates edge on the football team.

The problem hasn't been getting good players it's been the coaching hires they have made. Brian Kelly has gotten the recruits on both sides of the ball now he just needs to put it all together on the field.
