Ohio State at Michigan,2/18...

This will be a great game. Hopefully OSU can put together a 40min game this time, unlike what happened at Minnesota. Seems like Thomas is getting selfish at the offensive end and lazy at the defensive end. Not a good combination.

Not making any predictions on this one. All I can say is that if they both bring their 'A' games, OSU will win.

They win by 10, run off 20 straight and thats not good enough for you on the road? Come on. lol Wow, the expectations of some sure have me scratching my head at times.

As for this game, I like OSU in this. I don't think UM matches up with OSU well at all. IF OSU plays their game, defends the perimeter, they will be fine. Won't be easy of course.
    I like OSU by 7, 70-63.

Ive been on either side of CBF this season, but Im with him on this one.

I think some OSU fans watch too much NBA and expect OSU to players to be that good. They went on the road and ended the game with 7 minutes to go in the first half. Minny made a run, but that game was over early. What more do you want on the road?

Sure, you dont want to see a team go on a run, but it will happen. Better to have them go on a run and get within 10 than a run and take the lead.

They bounced back very, very well after a tough home loss.

That said, Ill wait to see how the week is playing out before I make this prediction.

I'll tell you whats not good enough for me. After you run off 20 straight points to an average Minnesota team, then let your foot off the gas and off their throat's so to speak and end up hanging on at the end. Minnesota had the ball down 6 with 4min to play. Come Saturday evening in Ann Arbor, Osu better be ready to play 40min, because Michigan is no Minnesota.

Huh? the closest the score ever got was 70-62 with 1:21 to play

My mistake on the clock. My point still is no killer instinct against the Gophers.

The weird part was it seemed like most of the OSU run came with the reserves in(Scott, Williams, Thompson) and then when they went out and the starters came back in that's when Minnesota went on a run.

I agree this is a tough match-up for Michigan, but if they are hitting the 3 ball they have a chance, they play well at home.

Funny stats about Will Buford (I heard that he played really well after 9:00 so I looked the rest up)

He's averaging 15.3 for the season
    15.6 at home
    14.6 on the road
17.3 in games played 8:00 or later
18.0 in games played 8:00 or later on the road
19.8 in games played 9:00 or later
19.5 in games played 9:00 or later on the road

I hope those trends continue this weekend.

Go Blue! were due for a big win.

I'll go with osu in this one. Not sure why I think mich has such a great chance, but a loss really helps Indians shot at a buy in the b1g tourney. So, yeah

I don't think that is legal.

I'll say Michigan comes out in front a frenzied crowd and lays a healthy dose of Beilein Ball on the Buckeyes from outside. Michigan hasn't had one of its more vaunted years from the perimeter, and especially nowhere near the efficiency that many of Beilein's teams enjoyed at West Virginia, but tonight might foster the kind of atmosphere that can help change it all.

    Michigan by a triple.

I'm worried. Lenzell was on the radio last night and said this years team isn't jelling. When pressed further he said last year everyone was happy to be there and enjoyed each other and this year there's time where you just have to leave people alone because their annoyed or don't wanna be there. He made it sound like it's more then a couple people on the team. I wonder who he is talking about.

I have no expectations on the B1G road this year whatsoever, except when we went to Lincoln. We need to be firing on all cylinders tonight to come out with a W, with WB having a HUGE night. No prediction here.
