It is interesing. Proves that OSU's staff needs to go.vball10set;989019 wrote:imagine that, in week 12 of the season, at home, on senior day against their arch rival who they haven't beat in 7 years, against a true freshman quarterback...and it was because of OSU's gameplanning? interesting
Keep digging. OSU still lost not matter what you throw out there. -

Agreed, and they are.WebFire;989027 wrote:It is interesing. Proves that OSU's staff needs to go.

Digging? For what?? Of course they still lost, and I gave props earlier on--it's just that I just thought you, more than other tsun posters, would show more class in victory. Oh well, having never seen you post in this situation, I don't know how I based that assumption on--my bad.
For the record, the game was an instant classic, and it was a helluva game -

How have I had lack of class? By responding back to people?vball10set;989035 wrote:Agreed, and they are.

Seems the OSU fans are the ones with no class (not necessarily you vball). Just go back and read this thread for starters. Facebook and twitter have shown OSU's real side. -

Wait a minute..first you give props to the coaches saying it was a good gameplan, and then you say they need to go. LOL. But you're right--THEY NEED TO GO!!!WebFire;989027 wrote:It is interesing. Proves that OSU's staff needs to go.. -
Red Right 21Congrats to Michigan. Seven years is a long time and it should feel good.
This game really exposed both teams weaknesses. They both need to retool the "D"!
What other parts of the game need help? -

se-alumWell, I'm surprised the OSU D looked as bad as it did. Not having Bryant and Sweat really hurt. Miller has to carry alot of this loss on his shoulders though, as he missed wide open receivers all day long. Just an overall bad showing by the Bucks.

Eh, not sure if you are serious or sarcastic, but all teams do. I just get the benefit of being in Ohio and seeing it first hand.vball10set;989040 wrote:Understood--we have some real characters, don't we -

Shazier getting hurt didn't help, even though he came back in. He wasn't that same. Miller did miss some good ones, but I do believe he is what kept the Buckeyes in the game. He's going to be good.se-alum;989065 wrote:Well, I'm surprised the OSU D looked as bad as it did. Not having Bryant and Sweat really hurt. OSU's best game of the season was the Wisconsin game and it's not even close. Nice try though.merv;988552 wrote:OSU plays their best game of their season on offense and still loses. MILLERTIME!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!
And that is good for Michigan how? I am guessing you are just drunk, because Miller will be a stud.merv;988736 wrote:Ha ha! Michigan made him look better than he is. MILLERTIME!!!! 0-1 vs Michigan
No Miller does not, the coaching staff does. OSU could have been in a position to win this game had the playcalling on the last drive been a lot different. I understand Miller had 3 overthrown passes that could have been td's, but OSU isn't even in this game if it isn't for Miller.se-alum;989065 wrote:Well, I'm surprised the OSU D looked as bad as it did. The game would've been over if Miller hits, what should've been, an easy pass to Posey. Miller is going to be great eventually, but he missed the game winning pass to a wide open player on the final drive.dwccrew;989096 wrote:OSU's best game of the season was the Wisconsin game and it's not even close. Yeah, but at the same time, if it wasn't for Miller's play the entire game OSU wouldn't have had a chance to win the game in the end. It's a double edged sword. This game is on the defense if anyone is to blame. Offense puts up 34 points, that should be enough to win. Defense sucked badly.se-alum;989156 wrote:The game would've been over if Miller hits, what should've been, an easy pass to Posey. What I mean is the staff called a good game, which is proof of how bad they were the rest of the year. I think if they called a better offense the rest of the year, they may be 8-4. -

I agree it's a double edged sword, but Miller had a chance to have the final say, and didn't produce.dwccrew;989161 wrote:Yeah, but at the same time, if it wasn't for Miller's play the entire game OSU wouldn't have had a chance to win the game in the end. He did have a chance and didn't produce, I agree. But the loss doesn't sit on his shoulders was my point. It sits on the defense's shoulders for giving up 40 points.se-alum;989175 wrote:I agree it's a double edged sword, but Miller had a chance to have the final say, and didn't produce. -

No pent up frustration on my part. I grew up during the Cooper era. I've experienced the Buckeyes going 1-11-1 against the Wolverines. -
