In the past 10 years ND has been horrible and OSU is a powerhouse, they could of played every year in the past 10 years and OSU would be 10-0............
I'm not sure if they'd be 10-0, but point noted. You win your discussion with... wait, who were you arguing with? -

Until you learn your spelling and grammar, I can't take you seriously. Not sure it would have ended 10-0. Since 2000 (yes, eleven seasons), I think 2000, 2004, 2009 (yes), and 2010 would have been good games. I would only favor Notre Dame in 2000. You could probably argue that there was a week in 2005 that Notre Dame could've won, the first week. I think the 2005 Ohio State team was one of the best teams of modern college football though.
There really is no Ohio State vs. Notre Dame. Notre Dame fans are just too willing to say the program has only had flashes of being good since Holtz left and as a whole has been quite mediocre. Everyone here recognizes Ohio State is an elite program and Notre Dame just isn't there. I think I can say for everyone that we simply hate Ohio State fans (read: sleeper) saying things that are so inaccurate so often. -

Yep. -

I don't think there has been one Notre Dame fan who has said they have been better than OSU recently, with possible exception to rock. -
Tobias FünkeAnd if rock says that, he'd be wrong.
To be more specific, what I really don't understand is the logic (and to call it that is misleading) that because Notre Dame was in a legitimate funk they will continue to be in it forever, or because Ohio State had piled up double-digit win so often in recent memory, that it will continue. That is not the case. I'm not saying Ohio State is going to fall off any time soon, as the Big Ten would have to get better top-to-bottom first, but I think it's obvious to unbiased football fans that Brian Kelly is a "helluva" coach and he could be awakening a sleeping giant. It happened when Carroll took the job at USC, it happened when Stoops took the job at Oklahoma, it happens fairly often. Notre Dame certainly looks to be back on track and the constant denial without any other information or even just words is real fucking dumb. -
