  Of course! BTW the best grilled cheese I've ever had is from Gallo's Tap Room in Columbus. Don't think they have the soup to go with it though.

  Florida just hired two NFL coaches just to take the OC and DC position.....that doesn't even include head coach. And people wonder why SEC dominates. Better Coaching from top to bottom and better recruiting(Oversigning and lower qualifications help).

  And the reason they have better coaching is because they will pay their coordinators $1 million a year. Gene Smith has stated that OSU will never do that.

  THIS....coordinators are the blood-and-guts of an organization--when was the last time we had an OC or DC that was constantly mentioned when head coaching jobs came up?

  NFL coaches make no fucking difference at all. Jim Bollman is a former NFL coach. Most big time D1 places have guys who have been in the NFL. Big deal. NFL coaches, generally do not know anymore then any other coaches at these big time programs. How many NFL guys have we seen come to college and FAIL? Oh wait, Jim Harbaugh is going to the NFL....a college coach. He'll get drilled because they know more, right? Nada.
  Fact of the matter is, the SEC is at an advantage in a couple areas...one being admissions and the other the oversigning they allow. They have better talent, top to bottom in their conference, simple as that.

  No matter what happened in the bowl games, the Big Ten will be fine. They were better this year, and the addition of Nebraska will only help. What the Big Ten needs, is Michigan to be Michigan, and PSU to step up as well. Two traditional powers have no national threat for some time.
  
  BTW, Texas just hired a few asst. away from the SEC, guy from Bama as well as one from Miss St.

  Very simple solution to a very simple question.
  
  Have Jim Tressel put on a yearly recruiting seminar for all Big Ten coaches. This year Ohio State will have another Top Ten recruiitng class. No other Big Ten Team is in the Top 40. PITIFUL. THE single most important factor in the success of a program.
  
  BTW, the Big Ten will be weaker next year. Michigan State, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesotta and Indiana all lose a Senior QB. Persa is comng off serious knee surgery. The Penn State QB situation is a mess. Michigan won't have an acceptable QB for the new coach's system. Pryor will miss the first 5 games of the season or worse a Freshman will be playing QB..
