Now that Irving is out.....Freshman of the Year is Sullingers to lose.

I hope Sully drops 40 on these piss ants.

Kentucky has a good one, but yes, it's Sullinger's to lose. The thing with him is I think he will be even more impressive in conference play. Big 10 POT potential.

I know this game is somewhat disappointing, but maybe this is the kind of game the buckeyes needed? They have beat just about all their opponents this year handling. A close game probably prepares them for what ahead in the Big Ten?
  • Tiger2003
I know this has been said before but Sully is a man amongst boys.

Bucks knock off the rust and are now manhandling the Jaguars.

I would have to disagree. This show you what 9 days of not playing a game can do to you.

Yes and no. Its good they are experiencing a close game because there isn't really a good way to simulate that. The only problem is they are in a close game because of how poorly they have played, not because the opposition is on the same level as they are. I'm not trying to take away from IUPUI tonight, they were on fire and have played decently, they just have no business being in this game at this point.

    That was deeper then NBA

shit like that is why they are in the game

Damn Sully made more free throws then attempted FG's.

Idk if he'll be more impressive come big 10 play. None of these teams (except maybe FSU) have had big men to even put a body on Sully, the big 10 will

Thomas must not have gotten the message while he was sitting on the bench as he fires up a horrible contested shot the first time he touches the ball...

Good to see OSU finally wake up in the second half. I think the reason it was somewhat close was the combination of OSU not playing very well, and IUPUI just hitting ridiculous shots. Nice to see Matta make some adjustments in the second half, and let Craft get the start. Although he didn't score, he played pretty good defense, to go along with 5 reb and 8 assists. Not to mention a couple of the passes he made that led to easy assists for players to dish it off to Sully.

Must have read the OSU/Florida State thread and took my advice ;)

Matta sent a real "subtle" message to his team tonight by not substituting the entire second half until there was less than a minute to go.

Wow another big win for Ohio state....why can't they play real teams? Michigan State has already played UConn, Duke, and Syracuse. Ohio State hasn't played one real team all season. Can't wait to watch them get bounced in the 2nd round of the tournament again.

    For the 2nd time...

Sparty DID NOT schedule ANY of those 3 games.
