True. You have to understand my frustration. Living and working in State College I root for Penn State every week but one. Normally I'd be excited that Penn State is playing well....but NOT against Ohio State.

Work is going to be pure hell come Monday if the Buckeyes don't pull this one out.

I can't believe they stopped going after Torrance..he WAS still in there, right???

Just such typical sky is falling OSU fans..it's so sad

Where was he good at? Seriously, where? That 4th and short stop? That wasn't anything he designed. It was base D, Hines stepped up and made a play.

I've NEVER been a fan of Heacock. I hate zone coverage in college. It's terrible.

Don't worry. They get the ball to start the second half. Plenty more chances to see Torrence chasing his man after they caught the ball.

The offense has 3 fucking points...and everyone wants Heacock fired lol

I'm not even a huge Heacock fan either..just dont think giving up 14 points means he should be fired.

Is Sanzenbacher fucking Pryor's mom. Throw him the damn ball Terelle!!!!!!!!!

I'm so sick of watching Pryor miss reads and open receivers. I wish he would change his mind and go to the pros next year......but we all know he's a stiff and can't make it there. That's why he's coming back next year....he SUCKS!!!! I've said it from day one about this bum and took a lot aof crap, but have been right all along.

Thanks Pryor for ruining another great season at Ohio State.

you make a good point--it'd be nice if our offense could stay ON the field more than a handful of plays, maybe even scoring some points...our defense has been out there an awfully long time

I don't understand how you have 2 weeks to prepare for an opponent, and then as a collective group you just decide to now show up.

Again, you think I'm basing it off of one game? No. I base it off of his entire body of work, which seems to me that every time we play in a high profiled game, our defense gives up big plays.

14 points coming off of the first two passing TD's in Columbus EVER by a Paterno led team, mind you.

Pryor is really only overrated by the national media, but most Buckeye fans that understand football know that he's a great athlete but not a great QB. He has all of the physical skills, but just not the right skills between the ears. You can coach technique, but you can't really coach smarts and decision making. He's looked pedestrian against every average-to-good defense we've played this year. I have no idea how he can put up the huge passing numbers that he does against poor defenses and be so bad against decent defense. I understand that there will be some drop off against better defenses, but the drop off shouldn't be as great as it is.

Because Tressel clearly doesn't know what to do with a bye week. Like I said earlier, he's only won once at OSU after a bye week, and he was the only Big Ten coach who voted against adding a bye week back into the schedule.

This offense needs a QB if they are going to stay on the field.

At least the crowd came ready.

Unreasonable expectations by an osu fan

    SHOCKER!

Hopefully this third quarter will look a lot like the third quarter against Wisconsin. We need to force a three-and-out or come up with a big turnover to start the half. Okay, I'll take a five-and-out.
  • hoops23
    LOL. All day to throw.

    Bring some pressure! SMH.
  • slingshot4ever
Clearly the players just want to go out and drink tonight. Don't sweem concerned with the outcome of the game.

At what point do you decide to send a blitz or two at this kid?

Isn't it usually a high profile game when we play Penn State? And this is the first and second time ever that we've given up TD passes to them. But you're right, we give up big plays every time we play a high profile opponent. And short TD passes are definitely big plays.

What is unreasonable? It's unreasonable for me to expect a tough, hard-nosed defense with all the athletes OSU brings in?

You're delusional and probably never wanted John Cooper fired either, right?

Did OSU jsut force a 4th and longer than 5????

Jermale Hines came to play today.
