I also think that he had a disadvantage because anyone could turn on the TV on saturday and you could watch ND and Texas play. BG didn't have very many games televised, so people outside of the BG/Ohio area never got a chance to watch him live.

He will be used much like Steve Smith is (not Panthers Steve Smith, Steve Smith of the Giants). Now Smith is probably a step faster, but they use him much the same way Barnes is used in college and will be used in the NFL. Btw, I agree with you; and to the poster who said he needs something that sets him apart, his hands. He is a posession receiver. He catches everything, and is great across the middle in traffic.
Congrats to Golden Tate. He is a hell of an athlete and will be a good player for whoever gets him in the draft in April.
