based on your spelling, use of grammar, and vocabulary?in a heartbeat...and again, please explain how "baiting" and "lying" are synonymous :huh:hookshot wrote: vball10set, you really want to compare education levels? -
hookshotUnless you have a doctorate or law degree, forget it. You lose. Also, please feel free to use Webster's Dictionary some time for answers to some of your questions.

are you "baiting" me,or simply "lying"?hookshot wrote: Ubnless you have a doctorate or law degree, forget it. You lose.
btw,Ubnless?? nice -
ross ford81Why doesn't vball10set spend a little more time on the Volleyball thread where she knows a little more?
-
vball10set^^^ahhh-our own little ITG chimes in with a real original slam--I'm impressed, especially coming from someone who has added NOTHING to this site--zero!!!
-
hookshotWhat's "ITG"?

Wow, because someone said your son was 5'10?ross ford81 wrote: Why doesn't vball10set spend a little more time on the Volleyball thread where she knows a little more?
Take it easy... -
hookshotIt's time to move on everyone.
-
ross ford81Irish, why would you post that? Lehman is not my son. No relation. I admit I have a problem dealing with people who come on here and intentionally (he's admitted to that) post things that aren't true just to see what kind of reaction they'll get. But you're right, it was not worth the multiple posts in response. I'll do better in the future.
-
vball10setLOL--I admit to nothing...anyway,in the spirit of moving on(thank you, hookshot),I like SJJ over SFS in one semi, and CCHS over Whitmer in the other--with CCHS upsetting the Titans in the final.

ross ford81Does anyone know how the JV semifinal games came out Sunday? As I understand it, the freshmen games saw St. John's win easily over Rogers and Central won in a close game against Scott, so the title game would be SJJ vs. Central. The JV matchups were Central against Rogers and SJJ against Start?
-
vball10setI know CCHS JV beat Rogers by 12,and SJJ beat Start...I believe they'll play the 'ship at SJJ
-
ross ford81How close was the SJJ win against Start? The CCHS-Rogers game is a bit of a surprise, as I think Rogers was 18-0 going into that game, at least I was told that two teams were unbeaten in the city yet --SJJ Frosh (19-0) and Rogers JV at least until Sunday.
-
BoomerDo the other City league teams continue to play games? Specifically, can someone tell me who and when Libbey plays?
-
irish_buffaloLibbey has a great chance at advancing quite far in the D-II tourny. I'd love to see the Cowboys face off against highly rabked Port Clinton.
SJ is loaded from freshman on up. The future looks very bright for Ed Heintschel (it always has), even more so than usual. -
KnightXC1Both Libbey and Scott have great chances to meet in the District Final at BG. Scott opens with Oak Harbor and would then play Rossford while Libbey will play Pemberville Eastwood in the Sectional Final. They both should be more athletic, bigger, and faster than those teams. Would be great if they both made it to BG at least.
As for the City Final 4, I have SFS beating SJ this time and Whitmer beating Central. Sadly can't be there for the games but should be 2 tough hard fought games. -
TolCentralCathJV semi final, CCHS beat Rogers 70-58. They'll play SJJ in the final.
Freshman semi final, CCHS beat Scott 43-40. They'll meet SJJ in the final. -

SJJ beat Start 40-36....again,SJJ will play CCHS at SJJ for the JV championship, though not exactly sure when.ross ford81 wrote: How close was the SJJ win against Start? Don't think Defiance will have anything to say in that?KnightXC1 wrote: Both Libbey and Scott have great chances to meet in the District Final at BG. So are you saying Libbey does not play until sectionals?vball10set wrote: boomer--I hope this answers your question:

They won't pick up another non-final four city league team to play prior to sectionals? -
KnightXC1^^ No and why would they. Get a whole week and a half to prepare for one team and get things ready. No team is going to schedule a game this late in the year.
Boomer wrote:
They very well could. I said Scott and Libbey have good chances, didn't say they would because both have stubbed their toes in games they should not have lost this year. All I am saying is that up through districts, they should have an advantage over some of the other teams in the bracket.KnightXC1 wrote:

D BialoruckiBack to the topic.....
SJJ - 47
SFS - 51
CCHS - 55
WHS - 49 -
ross ford81SJJ - 62
SFS - 50
***Titans intentionally allowed Storm to do too much in the last game. Look for that to change tonight and for SJJ's guards to show how much better they are than the Knights' guards.
---
CCHS - 46
Whitmer - 45
***Welling is one of the top two coaches in the TCL and probably a top 5 in NW Ohio. If they can rebound they will find a way to win but this should be a special game.
