    I'm not defending it. Someone falling to their death in an accident does not mean he was killed. Should someone have told him to come down? Should he have come down on his own? Yes to both. Like I have said before, the video coordinator gives out assignments and then the crew is on their own. He doesn't actually attend practice.

    Negligence. Whoever was in charge had the absolute DUTY to tell him to get down. Don't care if they attend practice or not. Just because your back is turned doesn't mean that you are not at fault.
