  They are trying to find someone that will bring the cocky edginess that Simon bings the show. Personally, I think the show has about run its course anyways. This season to me has the least overall talent of any season. Might be time to call it quits after this year.

  Haha I would have to agree with Howard there, they are terrible judges.
  
  and what's with all the sexual humor this year. It seems like the start of every episode has them talking about being close to one another, or has ellen on simon's lap, or whatever, it's been really dumb.
