In the past I've been getting around 500 miles (give or take) out of my other asics. I really haven't paid attention with this pair. I tore or really pulled a calf muscle last summer (did the stupid man thing and didn't go to the Dr.), took 4 months off and didn't run much during wrestling or lacrosse season outside of practice. I've been running on a treadmill and trail running with very little road running and I haven't worried about tracking the miles recently. The calf feels fine if I stretch properly and I've worked back up to a long of 6.5 with a total around 20 - 22 a week. The shoes feel like they are getting old and I'll be getting new ones soon. I'm working towards running the Columbus half marathon this fall, I'll be tracking my miles more closely starting this week.
