SonofanumpCurrently up to 185 after a bad week of eating. Still down 15 since the New Year. Graduated at 172, was 168 during football season, was up to 240 at one point, found a low/no carb plan and cut it down. Have also added some muscle thanks to Tony Horton. I plan to be down 5 more in the next three weeks and eventually to 175 for another triathlon this summer. More important that weight, I’d like to get my BF under 15%.</SPAN>

June18Graduated in `99 at about 215. Summer after my freshman year of college I was up to 315. Highest I have been was probably around a year or so ago I was up to 351. I'm around 320 right now. I'd be real excited to get below 300 but I hate exercising and love to eat.

Steel Valley FootballI'm 5'-11" about 210. I'd like to get back to around 190 like when I graduated college.

dwccrewI'm 6'0 and at 195 lb. Graduate high school around 165 in 2000. Freshmen and sophomore year of college I really go into lifting and bulked up to about 180. The end and after college got really into drinking and got up to 195. A couple months ago I gained 10 pounds and was at 205. I have curbed the drinking, started eating better and working out and have been slowly losing the weight. Down to the mid 190's. My goal is between 180-185, it is my ideal weight for my body type.

lol that's an ideal stalking weight right there. -
iluvzI weigh the same right now as I did in high school but I'm 8 months pregnant. Typically I weigh about 15-20lbs less than I did back then. Don't really know or understand why I weigh less at 33 and going on kid #4... I eat horribly. Whatever and as much as I want. Haven't excercised in probably 4+ years. Makes absolutely no sense but I'm not complaining.

Belly35At 6-0 I graduated HS at 155 pounds, after my tour of duty I came home at 140 pounds. After a year of rehab I was up to 160 pound. I start college and added a few pounds to 180 got married and when to 200 pounds. I am presently at 215. I started a work out and eating program that limits proportions of food I dropped to 200 pounds and my goal was 180. Business difficulties, hurt my foot and had to do much more travel I was not able to maintain that workout program and gain back to 215 pounds.
My foot is better, not great but I think I can start to workout and slowly do the tread mill, started that eating program cutting back on proportions I am hoping that I can get down to 180 as my goal. -
power iAfter taking the winter off, I've started exercising again. I find that when I exercise, better eating falls into place. I'm 5'9" and need to drop 10 or 15 pounds before sundress season. I don't know how much I weighed in high school. That was before scales were invented.

FatHobbitI weigh more now than I ever have before. I'm about 65 lbs heavier than when I graduated from high school 21 years ago. (FUCK!)
