Valentine's Day...Just do it.

  • power i
You guys all bitch and moan about Valentine's Day...it's a Hallmark holiday...it's a bunch of crap...blah, blah, blah... Just go buy your woman a gift. Get off your cheap ass and do it. Doesn't have to be expensive. If she says she doesn't like flowers, they're a waste of money, buy them anyway. Every woman loves to get flowers at work. It's like your woman telling all your friends at work what a stud you are. You don't have to brag about it on here or to your friends. If you spend 10 bucks or 100, the fact that you thought enough of her to make an effort to stop at a store and pick something out you think she will like means the world to her.

If you buy her something and she bitches about it, dump her.

    You're all welcome.

How about women quit saying shit they don't mean and just be forthcoming with what they really want, like we men are?

Ordered flowers to be delivered to wife's office tomorrow. Going to see the vow tomorrow night.

I drag my wife to lacrosse games all year round, this is one day she gets closer to even.

I wouldn't dump a girl that told me I was an idiot for buying into Valentines day. I'd probably marry her. Next you'll be telling us that Sweetest day is something we should all rally behind.

I'd rather we all work on doing nice things for our SOs and moms more frequently without reason than worry about buying a heart shaped box of probably shitty candy.

I don't know what I bought her, the florist does, but I did buy her something. I guess it's flowers that can be replanted in the flower beds in the spring. I just give them my credit card number and they make her happy.

Real men don't need a made up day to make their partners feel special.

In celebration of the holiday, I will allow the wife to exit the kitchen and service me properly.

I may even give her a break and only smack her once today...

Power I..you are like a woman right? Would you like this as a gift? Wife 2-3 weeks ago started to paint the kitchen. She got between .5%-1% of it done and it has just been setting like that since then with the ladder and junk all out. I got sick of it to be honest with ya. She was outta town yesterday until this evening so for Valentines day I just got her a simple rose, on the kitchen table with a card, and finished painting the kitchen for her and left it spotless.

Would that be something a woman would like? Hoping..it is like two fold for me...one it can be construed as a gift,...but to be honest I just wanted it done and the shit all cleaned up!
