Probably two 12-14lb turkeys. Gotta love leftovers. Made two smaller turkeys last week as well for a warm up/to make some stock to use. Really was just an excuse to eat more turkey.

18 lbs for 4....I'll eat 3/4's of it. Bad boy will be going in the new Char Broil infrared (oil less) turkey fryer. Best investment since Lasik.

Not so fast, my friend. You can eat turkey out the gills and it isn't going to fatten you up. It's the shit that goes with it (stuffing, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, etc) in excess that will fatten you up. My Turkey Day meal will likely consist of about 2-3 lbs of turkey with a sweet potato after a 20 hour fast and a workout. No harm in eating a bunch of turkey.

you should buy a cheap turkey the day after for the tailgate and take a fryer

Deap fried.....3 minutes per pound so it doesnt take long!
So, if we were cooking sleepers lady friend it would take nearly 750 minutes to deap fry her.

Not a bad idea but I've never done a cheap, frozen turkey in the fryer. Not sure how it would turn out. Our 14.5 pounder I bought last night was $36.

The first one I "tested' the contraption with was a frozen Perdue breast (about 12 lbs) and it came out outstanding.
