This is false. Diet soda doesn't make you eat more food, only you can make yourself eat more food. I decided I really needed to lose weight this year, so I found a way to get around that problem. When I started dieting, I took a couple months off the green, so I could get rid of the instinct to have a late night buzzed-up feast. When I picked up the pipe again, I've found I only eat big when visiting my college football watching buddies, often because they have a bag of chips or crackers laying around and I don't keep those things around my place because they don't fit into my diet. I agree with you. But the craving doesn't hit you when you drink it. It gets you later. I've never lost weight by drinking diet instead of regular.
