seeing as how I have flat feet and never run, I am probably still a mile or 2 short of running 10 miles in my lifetime.

I hate you. If I could give out negative reps, I'd punch you in the balls.

Ran a half marathon at a 7:58 pace in the spring of 2010. As for ten miles......eh...dont know. Isten miles the restraining order distance that Nick Mangold has on you now?

Can I use my times from back when I was in high school and actually would run long distances like this? If it has to be now, we'll start with infinity and go slower from there.

I run about a 7 minute mile. Given the fatigue factor, I'd probably run it in about an hour and a half.

Probably not very fast. I enjoy wearing shorts that are at least down to my knees, and given how short successful runners wear their shorts, I wouldn't be very good at it.

I don't wear flatbilled hats, but I don't have anything against them or the people that wear them.

I ran 5 miles last year in an 8:05 pace. Right now I could probably do 10 miles (assuming it's flat terrain) at around a 9:15 pace, which would be a little over an hour and a half.

I walked about 4 miles home from a bar over the weekend and was sore for a few days. So that tells you my fitness level

Well then, glad I'm not that guy. Aside from the running, the visor is ridiculous.

Not as ridiculous as that hideous soul patch...

Depends on the grade and whether its uphill or downhill. If it was a 90* grade and downhill anyone of us could run it in about 1.5 minutes.
