Your grass grows? I haven't cut mine in over a month.

Shit....been almost two weeks since i had to mow! Watered some of the lawn last night that was looking bad.

Hot.....eh. Looking fwd to running a few miles around 6pm tonite. Tomorrow should be even better with heat index of 110

I did 2 miles at a few minutes after 10:00 this morning.

My grass grows like crazy. My front yard could be mowed every 3 days...back yard not much different. The sun beats the piss out of my house too....no trees either. Guess we've had just enough rain and muggy weather.

I ran 2-1/2 miles last night @4:45, and it was brutal--my wife thought I was insane (and she's prolly right)

I mowed before vacation last thursday, didnt really need it but was leaving for 10 days so I cut it. Guess if I hadnt it would have been 3 weeks.

Kinda nice to not have to mow...but I like mowing as it gives me a reason to get outta earshot of the ungrateful wife and kids.

Love getting out in the extreme heat and running. I do plan my route though around town with where there are water fountains when it gets this hot. Got to. Did just over two last night as my dinners was sloshing around in my stomach. Coulda stopped and puked. ...probably 3+ tonite and again tomorrow. Feels good to get that sweat goin.

where are you located? I'm in NWO, and we've had less than two inches of rain in six weeks, with the majority of that coming last Wednesday--it sucks

I live in southern Ohio about 45 miles from Kentucky and 35 miles from West Virginia.

I mowed the grass a notch lower than usual the day before I left for Virginia Beach (Saturday) and returned home on Firday afternoon and had some seriously high grass in the front yard......had to set the mower up a notch more than the usual to avoid a mess.

Can't wait on the southern Ohio jokes.
