PSN(PS3) Hacked, Again....

  • I Wear Pants
They've admitted "guilt" even when going up against the DOJ, I don't think they're scared of anyone.

But it is true that they've never before left a "calling card" file on any hack or anything they've done and the one found in this case was just a simple .txt file that would be incredibly easy for someone to use to try and make it appear that Anonymous did it.

And they've never had anything to do with theft so I don't know why they'd start now.

    Good points.

Admittedly, I don't know much about "Anonymous", nor do I really care about the group.
  • I Wear Pants
I don't care either, it's just that it really does look like they're the convenient group to blame and not necessarily the correct group to blame.

    Did they say that?

As we r eported earlier today , Sony is targeting May 31st as the time in which Sony’s PSN network will be fully functional and running once again. What that means is that the PlayStation Store and every other PSN functionality will be in perfect working order by the end of the month. That information is quite valuable as the days go by, but no confirmed date has been given as to when PSN and online play will go live for PS3 users, however, Sony has now shared some new, though vague, information regarding online play.
    New information :
Regarding the aim of the full restoration of PSN services by the 31st May : -
Restoration of Online Gamplay is the FIRST phase of the plan to restore the PSN.
Online gaming is Sony’s first priority at the current moment, however, when PSN will be live for online play isn’t known. It is possible it may be ready this week for those picking up Brink on PS3 but that cannot be known for certain at this time. It’s something to be hopeful over, though.

Forget all the extra stuff they are going to throw in, I'd like a month or two's reimbursement for MLB.tv.
