Dr Forbes says there is a 7-10 chance of a tornado within 50 miles of anywhere from I-70 north in ohio. ANy storm chaser worth a damn is heading towards the are for tomorrow. Be sure to keep an eye on the skies tomorrow.
FYI: Forbes' little index is complete and total bullshit.

Best bet is to follow the Storm Prediction Center. They're not prefect, but Forbes' TOR:CON is complete bullshit meant to boost ratings in TWC.

The meteorology undergrads here have a pretty strong interest in severe wx, and have been keeping track of all of this stuff. It's pretty much a consensus that Forbes' thing is a media grab that blows cock.
Only reason why i said the forbes thing is more people have heard of him. I read the SPC everyday. Can't wait until Norman releases the meso discussions. Want to call off work and go chase somewhere near where the triple point is going to set up. But i know TWC is complete bullshit.

I've learned one thing. When something gets hyped, it usually provides little action.

Love me a good storm....but I'd also like to remain safe. I'm just hoping I don't hit any bad weather during my drive to Columbus. I should be leaving here around 5 and getting there at 7.

Looks like the majority of the tornadic activity will be confined to close to Lake Erie

"On April 3, 1974 at 4:20 pm, my wife Terry and I were taking Rob, our son, around on his paper route in Waynesville, Ohio, along with my daughter Shari, our oldest son Don and Larry Smith, when I heard on a fire radio that a tornado had touched down in southern Montgomery Co. "

Smoking a fat joint at the time.
