  P.S. they can send people to the door all they want. Between work and school and social lives, hardly any of us are ever there. The person would have to be lucky to find the right two-hour time frame of the day to show up and have one of us be there and not asleep.

  i thought it said who would be living in the house as of june 1st, not april 1st.

  I'm pretty sure it was April 1st. I'll have to go back and look at it. I guess June 1st would make more sense as some people don't even have there's yet, and it's April 3rd...oh well, who cares.

  I found an article that said $100, and a false answer could be $500. However, the non-participation fine is almost never actually given out.
