  As far as I know, she was fined 2 grand for the DUI and still does not have her license. She has to pay the fine and interest, and provide POI.

  I've been digging at this (care of that picture up there) for > 15 minutes, and I am starting to lean towards Tiernan on this one. I could be barking up the wrong tree, though. I am searching very generic names and not coming up with anything. If Devil posted the first name of either party, I'd know right away whether I'm looking for the correct person/people or not.
