  I can't attest to what is done in the CF forum, as too many of the posters there make it insufferable (the aforementioned whiny, little bitches), but the posts that get reported and sent to the Mod forum and result in a thread ban usually seem warranted, and the discussion of them is never in defense of any team. I can't attest to posts that are never reported, but what is doesn't look like protecting anyone as much as it does enforcing the rules that are enforced in every other forum.

But there definitely isn't a case of one school's fans being overly whiny and reporting everything.   If "going to look for trouble" means reminding ND fans that a close loss to USC doesn't garner respect or a BCS title appearance, than I guess I'm looking for trouble. ND fans bring it upon themselves for all the "attacks" they get with their arrogance backed by nothing.

  If you are referring to me, I don't think that at all. I would just like to see posters like CGW, SOS, Said, and Zombaypirate thread banned or banned for their trolling just like me and sleeper have been.

  As a college sports fan, I hate ND. I went to college in Indiana where I pretty much had them shoved down my throat constantly.

  How can you "remind" someone about something they already know and haven't forgotten? It's basically just repeating the same thing over and over again....which is annoying regardless of what it is that is being said.

  I add to the discussion. I just call ND like I see it. They get a student killed, barely get punished, and we are the assholes for calling them out on it. They constantly suck, or get blown out in big games, and we are the assholes for calling them out on it. You are living in the 40's lotz. Time to realize your team sucks.

  I wasn't referring to you; rest assured. Primarily Tiernan, since he started the thread, but I'm sure there are others as well.
  
  And like I said, the posts that make it to the Mod forum all seem to be handled appropriately. In fact, there have been posts that probably should have gotten worse than a thread ban, but because we're trying to do that more often instead of infractions, that's what happens in stead of an infraction.

  It's no different than ND repeating over and over again that next year is there year. Or how close losses are justification for BCS bowl appearances; or that their 10 5-star recruits that never pan out are going to pan out(they never do). You just can't handle the truth so you play make believe and then get mad at posters who tell you how it really is.
  
  At the end of the day, facts logic and BCS bowl wins are on my side and ND can continue living in a bandwagon dream from the 1950's back when Notre Dame was on the map. Enjoy!

  SoS is just annoying in general. He posts about shit no one gives a flying fuck about, then gets pissed and calls them trolls for saying that they don't care about his post. He then also trolls Ohio State hardcore, then proceeds to call everyone else trolls when he is called out on it.

  This. When Ohio State admitted to some players receiving free tattoos; it was non-stop ND fans telling us how corrupt OSU is and that Tressel is running the mob and that Ohio State should be given a 20 year death penalty.
  
  A kid dies on ND's campus due to the negligence of their head coach and all we hear about is how terrible the MAXIMUM fine of $70k was and that ND had to "take responsibility" by everyone keeping all of their jobs with no punishment. FUCK NOTRE DAME.
