So the answer is that rbs are most valuable. That why I have 3 decent rbs.

To be honest, 1000 yards per season in fantasy isn't really impressive at all, it equates out to around 71 yards, or like 7 points a game. Ideally you want TD's, which is why your WR's outside of Hopkins are garbage in that aspect.

Crow isn't gonna get you many, and Hyde/49ers are a huge question mark having lost two fifths of their starting offensive line, and most of their defense. They may be coming from behind a lot. Also, I wouldn't count on double digit TD's from Forsett, but he may get you close.

Lol I didn't mean 1000yds exactly. Just in the general area. And with 3 rbs stating 1 at default 2 at flex .I wont be counting on my bench Wrs unless Hopkins get injured. And yes I know about my teams bye weeks. In thing which has been going for years) only once has someone winning that picked a Wr first.

There's no outcome in which he gives an answer that isn't a shitty lineup. It's just a terrible team and a terrible draft value-wise.

You're aware most people were criticizing you because a standard league starts something like this.

    QB
    RB
    RB
    WR
    WR
    WR
    FLEX
    TE
    K
    D

However, I still don't like your RB's based on what had to be on the board when you picked, assuming these guys went ahead of you.

    AD
    Charles
    Lacy
    Bell
    Brown
    Lynch
    Forte
    Murray

IMO, you would've been better off taking:

    Hill
    Anderson
    McCoy

And then in all probability you should've had a shot at one of these 7 guys

    Forsett
    Dez
    Julio
    DeMaryius
    AJ Green
    Jeffery
    Cobb

And then in your 3rd round, been able to grab a

    Hyde
    Gordon
    Morris
    Miller
    Ingram
    Gore.

Oh, I know. Just trying to understand what exactly his thought process might've been.

Well all my Rbs are projected to get 10-15 pts. I know u can't trust projection. Someone on my thread said u can't go off of last season stats..how would we know who to pick and what they are capable of? Just seems odd

You've gotta project what they can do this season.

If you went off Last year alone, Peterson would be the last pick, and DeMarco Murray would be the top ranked guy. However Murray changed teams, and is more than likely gonna split carries with Mathews, due strictly to the pace Chip likes to play at.

You also want to look at the styles the team like to run, injuries, player departures/acquisitions.

Like I stated earlier with Hyde, if you were plugging Carlos Hyde into the starting lineup from last year with the 49ers, then he's probably a for sure top 12 RB. However, they lost 2 starters, and their top backup on the offensive line, not to mention losing most of their starting defense, so they will probably be throwing the ball more this season.

    I wouldn't say "All".

IMO, your team is still probably one of the weaker one in your league, depending on how they drafted.
  • lhslep134
No, you don't understand where the confusion is coming from. Your 1 starter/2 flex format doesn't absolve you from the idiocy in taking Rodgers at 9.
  • WhatAboutBob
Well thanks high roller.. You gave insight instead of terrible this stupid that.
  • Lovejoy1984
    No worries man.
  • WhatAboutBob
So u would pass up a QB that could throw 40 tds. For Anderson/McCoy / Morris ?

I'm sorry I couldn't help you feel better about your shitty team on a thread in which you asked for our thoughts

Yes. Because you can get one who throws 35, 8 rounds later
  • rydawg5
I can help. I don't draft players where they should be drafted if I don't believe in them. When I win leagues, I see a common denominator. My first 5-6 round guys ended up really contributing. People miss on players all the time, you want to minimize that. If you think Rodgers is a lock, you take him. If you think CJ Anderson is a dud because he has done jack to prove he is a 1st round pick other than "well on paper" then you skip him. McCoy already was a shitty 1st round pick last year, so if you are turned off, pass him up. Do what you can to avoid pushovers and let other people take the time bombs you feel won't produce.
  • WhatAboutBob
That's what I've been tell all who comment on this thread. Yes I asked ur view on my team but it doesn't give u the right to be a prick..I play money all I think a player was looked over , I try to get them. For example my forsett pick was bold but rice ran great behind that line. And my rbs have alot of up side. And I don't need Wrs with shit Qbs (Andy Dalton). But ff is a gamble. U never know if someone get on Ir/arrested. But a feel Rodgers will carry me to the playoff..
  • Lovejoy1984
Rice last played 2 years ago, and they've lost most of their starting line from that time. I just don't think you can use last year, or even 2 years as a solid barometer on production.

You're right, your RB's have a ton of Upside but at the same time, you have no WR's, overall your team isn't very balanced. Rodgers will be solid, but teams that have better WRs/RB and a decent QB will probably beat you week in and week out, barring huge games from those guys.

Also, Hopkins has a very shitty QB.
  • WhatAboutBob
I understand about the ravens, but flacco sucks, and their 1 wideout is the ageless s.smith..i may have made few risky picks, but sometimes it pays off. I
  • Lovejoy1984
Yes it does, ya never know.
  • WhatAboutBob
Well we have rb heavy league and I have 3 so I'm in good shape..if Hopkins does well not amazing but decent. Then Rodgers will carry my team. And the main reason I win is that they moved the XP back !!!!

I did ask for your ratings ..you did comment about Rodgers and Forsett. Yet every post after that is blah blah this sucks, team sucks, I'm stupid, and so on..
