Good starting points, probably would want more value in terms of pitching. (me giving you a lesser pitcher for a better one)... but we'll have to wait until I am done with work -

Hmmm..yeah we could do something like that. From the pitching perspective would you want to go with value in big names, like maybe Verlander for Haren or something? Or would you rather go with potential, maybe a Morrow for Ervin Santana or Jaime Garcia? I know how you love guys that get lots of K's. -

I figured, but I think Gonzo is in for a 50 HR and ungodly RBI/Double numbers this year. He goes oppo way to well to not hold on to him in Fenway for at least a year The MVP is his to lose, imo.
I think his numbers are going to be top player worthy, so Im not giving him up for ANYBODY, even Pujols. Sorry. -

That's a fair assessment. I mean I think Gonzo is going to have a good year too. But everyone had a major boner for Curtis Granderson going to Yankee Stadium last year since he was a lefty with that short porch in right that was made for his swing and he ended up having a disappointing year. So you never really know...And you would be getting Pujols back, its not like he won't be right there at the top. -
jordo212000I knew that you had said you wanted to keep gonzo. And that's fine, but I feel the same way about Pujols. He is automatic and is the best fantasy player in the game. I'm going to be very reluctant to trade him for 2 guys picked in the middle of the draft

that was painless -
jordo212000I need a 3B now while I wait for Youkilis to get eligibility. I proposed another trade to you.
Ervin Santana for Pablo Sandoval -

Yup. Well I mean you knew what the starting point was and then I mean you threw Wright/Youk in there and I know you like Youk better but I actually like Wright a little better than I like Youk so idk that actually made me giving you pitching value a little easier to stomach haha. And I'll have to think about the other part of the deal haha I actually kind of like Panda this year... -
jordo212000Anybody else have a 3B they want to trade?
-

Yes, but you dont want him -
Laley23Id send Ian Stewart to you for someone of equal value.

Laley23Gordon Beckham for Ian Stewart? I need to upgrade my MI.

Well, I pretty much just need a stopgap 3B until Youkilis gets 3B eligibility again. That will be 10 games. So I really don't want to give up a regular position player. Especially when it is a position of scarcity like 2B is.
I was fine with giving up a pitcher, but I just can't give up a 2B. I'd be right back in the same predicament and would need to trade for a 2B -

Gotcha. -
jordo212000I just went ahead and picked up that young guy who has been killing it for the Marlins this spring (Dominguez)

SonofanumpNow this is a roto head to head. If I score 7-3 does that mean I win the week 1-0 or 7-3?

It is a head to head, each category. So if you have better stats than your opponent in 7 out of 10 categories. Your record will be 7-3 for that week. -
jordo212000I want to get a top flight OF. Matt Kemp and Carlos Quentin are who I am looking to send back your way. Kelly Johnson would probably be the sweetener with me taking back a lesser 2B
-
trep14Hmmm. Kemp is intriguing, I'm a fan. I don't think I have much I can offer you though. McCutchen is my best outfielder.

trep14Well, my account was banned today on espn, so I no longer have access to my team, Team S, anymore. Oh well. Thanks ESPN.
