rocketalumImpeachment, possibly. To succeed in the Senate trial to get her removed not likely. I wish this wasn't true but partisanship will matter more than justice. No way you get 2/3rds of the senate to vote against her. Let's just say the Senate comes out 50/50 after this election. No matter how bad the details, I can't see 16 D's voting against her.
To be clear I'm not supporting her or saying this would be justice, it wouldn't be. I'm saying I don't have enough faith in justice over partisanship. If elected she serves at least 4 years. -
like_thatCoincidence that the same day we see reports of Biden being our SecDef, this news follows?

QuakerOatsI don't believe anyone this close to being elected president has been under federal criminal investigation simultaneously.
For the good the republic, she should step down as the nominee, today. -

So is it the FBI side of things where you draw the line? If it's just federal cases pending then of course Trump has to step down too. Or, since we are a country of laws where we are innocent until proven guilty must we assume both are clear of any wrongdoing and if so, why would either step down?QuakerOats;1819364 wrote:I don't believe anyone this close to being elected president has been under federal criminal investigation simultaneously.

QuakerOatsTrump is not under federal criminal investigation. Correct me if I am wrong.
Clinton is again under federal criminal investigation, and her criminality involves her position with the federal government, and classified information. She needs to step aside until the American people have all the facts regarding her criminality, money-laundering, and obstruction of justice. -
QuakerOatsAnd this is precisely the reason to end early voting. We should all vote, on the same day, with the same set of facts and information as they exist in the public domain on the same day we all vote. PERIOD.

jedbartlet02According to FBI sources....the emails DO NOT have to do with the email server or Clinton Foundation

o_O I wonder why they would reopen the investigation then.jedbartlet02;1819369 wrote:According to FBI sources....the emails DO NOT have to do with the email server or Clinton Foundation -

You must misunderstand the letter from Comey. -

Not entirely sure....but that's what I heard on Fox Radio on lunchlike_that;1819370 wrote:o_O I wonder why they would reopen the investigation then. -

100% support this with the holiday caveat already mentioned and a clearly defined criteria for absentee voting e.g. overseas, attend out of state university etc. No "I don't want to wait in line so I'll vote by mail"...this is me btw but to steal a Trump line the rules let me do it! Plus you can google all that way down ballot stuff like 3rd district traffic court judge on the fly while filling out your ballot.QuakerOats;1819367 wrote:And this is precisely the reason to end early voting. This. 100% this. And not just for salary workers but everyone.like_that;1819368 wrote:Then make election day a holiday.
With that said, HRC is definitely guilty for her handling of classified information on a private server. I hope she gets elected President though just to save us from Trump. -

If she gets elected and then impeached, I think that's a reasonable compromise the country could get down with. Ironically, it might even bring the country together LOL.sleeper;1819379 wrote:This. 100% this. And not just for salary workers but everyone.

I think you may have misheard. I believe Comney said the new information came to light through a totally separate non Clinton related investigation but what they found absolutely applies to the Clinton server/email/foundation case.jedbartlet02;1819376 wrote:Not entirely sure....but that's what I heard on Fox Radio on lunch -

So because it's not hard for you it can't possibly be hard for anyone else. It's not hard for me either but I don't have to take public transit to a polling place or find childcare, or worry about missing my shift and maybe those hours, tips, etc going to someone else. This may seem small but I don't think I've ever disagreed with anything you've said more than this.QuakerOats;1819372 wrote:I go to work every election day and I also vote on every election day; its not hard.
