    I may have misheard about the server part....but I know I heard them say it has NOTHING to do with the Clinton Foundation

    False, they did not use a private server. They used private emails. Regardless, they shouldn't be let off the hook either. Using Powell/Rice is not even a legitimate defense for Hillary being a corrupt piece of shit. This is just as weak as the "RUSSIA!!" argument.

    I would think that the difference with that is that they didn't lie about it when asked. Probably didn't wipe 30,000 emails, either, to hide stuff.

    IMO....if Comey had something that was going to result in criminal charges against Hillary.....he would've put it out there already.

    I think they have already gone through all this information and they know exactly what they're going to do already

    No he had to inform Congress if the investigation was to re-open. That's part of his job.

    This is over 3 emails and checking to see if they were classified or not.

    UPDATE: The F.B.I. clarified that the exchanges were not sent from her server, and stated that the devices/emails seized were from Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner.
    LOL.

    The Bleachbit undertaking to obstruct justice perhaps did not go far enough. It is always hard to reign everyone in who is involved in widespread corruption.

    Comey wrote that he had been briefed on the new material Thursday. “I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation,” he wrote.

    An FBI spokesman on Friday declined to elaborate, and a spokesman for Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch declined to comment. A Clinton campaign spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

    Comey provided no details about the unrelated case that resulted in the finding of the new emails. A law enforcement official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the emails were “numerous” and that they are not related to hacks of recent Democratic Party institutions or the emails that have been released in recent days by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks.
