Sanders should go 3rd Party

Yeah, the problem with that is that during primary season, regardless of party, the main candidate always seems to go farther to the left/right to claim more support. And then when they've gotten the nomination, they swing back towards the center to court the all-important moderate/undecided vote. In today's world, politics is a fluid world, at least if you want to thrive.

I mean, we all know Hillary has changed her stances on a ton of shit through her career and Trump's no different (other than how he hasn't been in politics as long) -- https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/05/06/five-times-donald-trump-changed-his-position-on-a-really-big-issue/

You're right. The smart and principled thing to do would have been to refuse to endorse Crooked Hillary and ensure a perpetual disenchantment between Bernie supporters and the Democratic Party which has incorporated Bernie's ideas due to his campaign. Makes so much sense.

Trump will not appoint a conservative to the court...his daughter won't let him...he is saying what you want to hear and SHOCKER you believe him.
Trump has said rich will have to pay more...but he says somethng different everyday. I mean he once endorsed a huge wealth tax....in any case...much closer to,Bernie than Paul Ryan who wants 0% on cap gains and investment income.
Military- Trump is more anti-intervention than anyone. He and Bernie are in the same spot.

Again, Trump is,only hardcore on immigration. And on that he is far to the right of paul ryan.

Basically what we have learned is that the GOP base is willing to vote for a man who is liberal or,open to liberal ideas so long,as they are vociferously anti-immigration and even, willing to,dramatically increase big, government to deport and shut down illegal immigration.

    Comical -- thanks.

Obviously you and the left are getting extremely nervous that the serial liar may go down in flames. Exactly what type of person is it that supports a money-laundering, serial lying criminal for president?

If you truly believe you are starting a revolution, then yes. I would even go a step further and say he should have fan as a third party candidate.

The dude is just a typical sell out politician, who is full of shit. Par for the course for all of our politicians. Congrats on riling up the young voting base and turning them into socialists tho!! You changed this country for good!!!

If my social media feeds are any indication, Jill Stein just got a huge uptick in potential voters.

After thinking about the wikileaks information regarding the fact that the modern democrats are still propogating racism, I have to admit that I kind of feel sorry for Bernie Sanders. Not that I really thought that he had a fighting chance to win the democratic nomation, not at all. But it seems pretty ironic to me that the party who stands on social justice for the masses as the basis for their platform are actually utilizing racial, religious and financial bigotry.

Did you see the emails mocking black peoples' names or referring to Hispanics as taco bowls?

It always brings the lulz that people actually think the GOP and their supporters are the only ones capable of being discriminatory or racist. Liberals and dems have done a great job perpetuating that narrative with their divide and conquer approach. I have some of the most bleed heart liberal friends and I can't even repeat some of the fucked up shit they have said.

As for Bernie, I would feel bad for him, except even with all the facts out he is still a sell out ***** endorsing Hillary and the Dems. As someone mentioned in another thread (or maybe I saw it somewhere else), can we say Stockholm syndrome?

    Actually, I did not :/

It seems that every year I become more and more disenfranchised from the democratic party. IMO, it's in even worse shape than the republican party. They both have equal faults, just in different areas, although the dems just broke through their own fourth wall LOL!

At this point, I just hope Hillary loses. Maybe the dems can grow up if they get shocked by their own bigotry, hyperbole and mean-spiritedness.

As Larry Nichols said many times; the Clintons go through your life like a tornado; they move on [and up] while you are left with the destruction and despair.

Bernie chose life, private jet, but most importantly life over pursuing victory over the Clinton machine.

Conscience is typically why people stick to their convictions.

    Unlike Sanders.

And a Trump presidency terrifies me. Someone obviously hasn't been paying attention.

gosh a ruddies Larry Nichols, a disgruntled Arkansas state employee, who was fired by Clinton for ripping off the state, then lying about it. His subsequent attempt to sue over his dismissal failed. class guy

gosh a ruddies as opposed to Ted Cruz and his supporters after Trump called his wife a pig and his father part of the plot to kill Kennedy. Why shouldn't Bernie supporters support Hillary her positions are a lot closer to Bernie's than they are to Trump's on most issues. Oh and Trump is a racist, misogynist emotional pygmy and a POS.

If you have a conscience how do you vote for Hillary??? the classic example of a corrupt politician, taking money in pay to play, ineffectual leadership, lying to save her ass from her own carelessness, and cheating her main competition from her own party. SMH.

Bernie fans crack me up period.... the guy is a flaming socialist whose ideology was intellectually defeated 30 years ago.

gosh a ruddies easily. 1 I don't accept your description of Mrs. Clinton 2. Donald Trump is the least qualified and most dangerous person every nominated by a major party for election as a President.
