Sure, but it isn't as though any of the major media outlets is at the general public's beck and call. We don't get to decide when they do something like this.

Agreed. However, Ptown specifically said "What you want the media to talk about something that is not plausible just to simply bring it up?"
which is nothing new. It may be new when it concerns Bernie Sanders, but it is not new since news was a thing.

If the dems had the same primary rules as the repubs, Sanders would be winning. Thus, if anyone should go 3rd party, it is Sanders and the left wingers. Of course, that would split the Left and guarantee a landslide win for Trump, which is exactly why you hear nothing of it in the lame-stream media. They are scared shitless right now; you will hear nothing. Maybe Sanders will soon have his fill of Clinton's pre-ordination, and go 3rd party. Although he would then have to contend with the Clinton criminal machine, and we know how that can end up.
Sanders would still be losing without them. I'd be more worried about the socialist taking over the GOP with a few fancyvpromises about keepin out the mooslims.

No one in the republican primary mentioned going 3rd party, yet the media (fearing Trump traction) kept throwing it out there hoping someone would emerge to split the vote.
The media is going to treat Trump like is not a ludicrous joke of a person and that the GOP that nominates him is not a failed national party.

Why? Because they are for-profit companies that would lose money if they want all in for Hillary like they do in your fantasies.

Bernie and Mitt should go 3rd party. From 2 to 4 person race handing it to Trump.

    I am pretty sure I disagree -----

The Trump Tax Plan Achieves These Goals
    1. If you are single and earn less than $25,000, or married and jointly earn less than $50,000, you will not owe any income tax. That removes nearly 75 million households – over 50% – from the income tax rolls. They get a new one page form to send the IRS saying, “I win,” those who would otherwise owe income taxes will save an average of nearly $1,000 each.
    2. All other Americans will get a simpler tax code with four brackets – 0%, 10%, 20% and 25% – instead of the current seven. This new tax code eliminates the marriage penalty and the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) while providing the lowest tax rate since before World War II.
    3. No business of any size, from a Fortune 500 to a mom and pop shop to a freelancer living job to job, will pay more than 15% of their business income in taxes. This lower rate makes corporate inversions unnecessary by making America’s tax rate one of the best in the world.
    4. No family will have to pay the death tax. You earned and saved that money for your family, not the government. You paid taxes on it when you earned it.

He was interviewed and was asked if he was open to raising taxes. His answer was a single three-letter word.

I like to go with what is in writing, as opposed to some comment that may have been taken out of context.

Anyway, I am fairly certain Bernie would not go 3rd party; even though he should (or should have), because he obviously does not want to end up in Fort Marcy Park.

Bernie endorses clinton ......... and Trump nailed it again: it is like Occupy endorsing Goldman Sachs.

Bernie gives in to the pressure of the big political machine that he is so against. What a hypocrit.

I get the whole "anything to stop trump" movement and I hate to agree with our resident gym teacher, but Bernie Sanders definitely has proven his campaign was 100% bullshit and he is just another classic politician. You can't spew all this revolution bullshit and then sell out by endorsing the exact same thing you are against. Unfortunately a lot people are too dumb or choose not to see thru the bullshit.

Or maybe he realizes he got Hillary way farther to the left and inspired a generation of people who will run,for future officeand doesn't want to squander it like the paulbots too principled to vote for Romney.

I suppose you believe that this wouldbe so extraordinary in its power that it would not cause a deficit (which you hate) even while he builds a deportation force and a border wall - contrary to all of the studies that say otherwise.

Trump agrees with Bernie on single payer
Trump will not appoint a conservative to the court...his daughter won't let him...he is saying what you want to hear and SHOCKER you believe him.
Trump has said rich will have to pay more...but he says somethng different everyday. I mean he once endorsed a huge wealth tax....in any case...much closer to,Bernie than Paul Ryan who wants 0% on cap gains and investment income.
Military- Trump is more anti-intervention than anyone. He and Bernie are in the same spot.

Again, Trump is,only hardcore on immigration. And on that he is far to the right of paul ryan.

Basically what we have learned is that the GOP base is willing to vote for a man who is liberal or,open to liberal ideas so long,as they are vociferously anti-immigration and even, willing to,dramatically increase big, government to deport and shut down illegal immigration.

What you mean is "I like to go with whatever alleviates the cognitive dissonance flowing from the fact that a liberal New Yorker who believes in nothing took over my party by making overtly racist and xenophobic appeals that we have complained about liberals saying exist within our voting base for decades and probably did so at the behest of Bill and Hillary."
