I didn't hear jack shit from him.
So, he may issue an executive order on regulations, ok.
His tax plan is very broad. He said he will come out with more specifics later, which I thought he was supposed to do today?
He said Clinton would raise taxes on the middle class, which is false and he took her comments out of context.
He criticized China for not having environmental regulations, and then said he would cut ours....ok.
He also failed to address his trade dilemma, how to you not have tariffs impact the price of goods for regular Americans if he wants to pull out of these trade deals? -

I seem to remember him posting on here, but I just ran a search, and no posts from that user came up.Heretic;1806203 wrote:Was azebra ever a regular member here, because this reminds me so much of him. Especially seeing the MJ vs. LBJ thread in Serious Business.
However, he IS registered here as of April of this year, and it says he was last logged in on July 28th.
And I think we do, indeed, have support for your theory back from 2011.

ptown_trojans_1I'm all ears as to how Trump is not going to allow an increase in goods once he raises Tariffs since he is pulling out of all these trade deals.
Would love to see how people are going to react to a Toyota or cell phone that increases 20-30% in price. -

there is no evidence that that is what he wants to have happen. Once those products are american made, guess who gets cheaper products and is getting better jobs. Americans, thats who. This sounds like something straight of msnbc talking point. all talk with little substance would make a good slogan for msnbc. Any articles or sources to back up these claims,ptown_trojans_1;1806214 wrote:I'm all ears as to how Trump is not going to allow an increase in goods once he raises Tariffs since he is pulling out of all these trade deals.

It will take time for those cheaper American products to be made. You cannot just pop up a new factory line for a tech good now a days.
As for sources, two not from the left.

In order for more products to be made in the US, you'd have to put a huge wall around the unions. Union made products is what keeps industry going for several areas of business. Who is going to tell unions (any union) that they can no longer make $____ per hour, plus benefits, plus dynamic vacations and pensions, personal days, "occurences", unpaid leave days, etc?
In order to have all of the above and more, you're going to have to sell your product at a higher price. You're not going to get cheaper cars, cell phones, jeans (or any textiles), etc. -
Dr.Pizzawall street journal is a liberal rag and i will not click that!
Im am really impressed as im sure everyone else that you can type words like Macro economics and make it sound smart like you know what youre talking about. That is one reason why i cant stand the left liberals is because they use words above there own heads to make it look like they know what they are talking about. J -

What have unions done for americans besides create entitled people who want everything done for them. Pretty sure my grandparents and your grandpas didnt have unions and they built this country along with there grandparents too. Teachers unions have created lazy teachers who sit at a desk and collect pay and arent they are not educating kids. But rest asured that those same teachers get all upset when changes come down the pipes that make it more challenging for them when actually it means they have to do there job. I for one am happy to pay an extra couple dollars knowing im buying a product made by the hands of a hard working man in a factory in Davenport, iowa or Camden, Tennessee or even Cleveland. So many run down factories that could be making products here. Your choice though,CenterBHSFan;1806223 wrote:I take it back. I AM going to bother.

Tax break on repatriation of foreign earnings
Eliminate estate tax
Reduce personal tax rates and also the number of brackets
Deduct all child care expenses
Cut regulations (including a moratorium on any new reg's)
Eliminate job-killing bureaucrats
Just a few of the specifics that you refuse to acknowledge, but will obviously go a long way in turning the economy around. {and yes, our trade deals suck; we can do soooo much better} -
bases_loadedI of course had to go to breitbart to get any sort of journalistic integrity on the issue.
I posted it before, but Hillary is raising taxes on the middle class...unless I all of a sudden am no longer middle class and if that is true then our country really is up a creek without a paddle.

QuakerOatsThis sums it up fairly well:
'The city of Detroit is the living, breathing example of my opponent's failed economic agenda,' Trump said. 'Every policy that has failed this city, and so many others, is a policy supported by Hillary Clinton.'
'She supports the high taxes and radical regulation that forced jobs out of your community, and the crime policies have made you far, far less safe, and the immigration policies that have strained local budgets, and the trade deals like NAFTA, signed by her husband, that have shipped your jobs to Mexico and other countries.'
'And she supports the education policies that deny your students choice, freedom and opportunity,' he continued, to wild applause.
'She is the candidate of the past. Ours is the campaign of the future.'

What are the mechanisms for all the others, how will they work?
Speaking of taxes, will he release his tax form any time soon?
But, again, he has to lay out how he would offset any tariff increases if he pulls out of deals.
How is he going to stop goods from increasing in price from tariff if he pulls out of a free trade deal or starts a trade war?
I am just amazed at the party of free trade has suddenly turned on it. It is like the whole Republican orthodoxy on free trade since the 1980s has vanished.
Sweet Jesus, save me.bases_loaded;1806234 wrote:I of course had to go to breitbart to get any sort of journalistic integrity on the issue.
