Trump vs. Hillary (NO OTHER OPTIONS)

How long till we have a minority chick who is crying because Donald refused to meet with her because she was a minority. The parade of low lifes Hillary had been lining up isn't affecting his numbers enough. Time to spin it.

That's true; he's been hovering at a solid 13% chance of winning for quite some time now.

Pretty sure you mean Nate Silver. Although this election cycle, Adam Silver might have been as accurate.

I'd like to know as well.

I think he has zero percent chance of winning.

Probably not but won't be surprised if he does. I think he takes Ohio, FL, and PA.

You really wouldn't be surprised if he won? He's losing every major poll by A LOT.

Yes I don't understand how a guy drawing 30k to his opponents 200(maybe) can really be that far down. I don't need to be right to justify my existence on a message board so going with what I'm feeling on it. Most likely will lose, won't be surprised if he wins, think it will be close.

Polls are far more reliable than rally attendance. Just ask Ron Paul or Bernie Sanders.

Ron's largest crowd ever was 5,000 and he wasn't running for president.

Doesn't matter though. I was asked for my opinion and gave it. Eastern PA will be too much to overcome so I'll go with NC to Trump instead.

The fix was in against Bernie...

Trump is always going to get his supporters to vote for him. He's getting a shit ton of people at his rallies because his supporters are diehards. But he's not going after anyone else. His problem is he's so obsessed with pleasing his supporters, he isn't doing anything to convince the independents and undecided's to vote for him. And he needs them to win.

Ron's rallies were far larger than any of his opponents. He got dumpstered.

Likewise with Bernie, far larger than HRC, got dumpstered.

Trump is going to get dumpstered. It'll be called before 8pm on Tuesday.

The Clinton machine may be evil but they aren't dumb. "Rigging" the polling to show a massive landslide does not work in their favor. If anything it hurts her chances for two reasons 1.) those who were considering a third party vote but don't want to risk a Trump win go ahead and do so because they feel like she'll safely win and 2.) The (likely many) voters who dislike her but dislike Trump more stay home because they feel like she's got it in the bag and now they can keep a clean conscience by not voting for someone they didn't like.

There's no value to polling showing a blowout if you're trying to fix things. IMO you'd want the opposite, show a close race so you can whip up votes... then win in a landslide.
  • bases_loaded
Not in this election. If your whole campaign is this guy is unfit to be president, you can't have polls showing you are losing to or barely beating him...it contradicts the story you've worked so hard to propagate.

Is that supposed to be a surprise; Rove is part of the establishment; he makes his living off it.
