  What do gays have to do with government funding? Also if you are poor, you shouldn't get WHATEVER YOU WANT. It doesn't "punish" them, they are already getting something that they didn't have in the first place. If I was poor, I'd understand that I don't get steak, lobster, and beer. Or free transition drugs for my mental disorder. If you survive off the government teet there should be (more) rules. That's all I'm saying. GTFO with your prejudice bullshit.

  Roads, hospitals, safety inspections, licensing of goods and services are government goods and services.
  And the drugs for a transgender person, may easily be necessary for him or her.

  Gosh a ruddies, "if I have $2 to spare," now there is the basis for a system to support those in need, your personal whim and your personal definition of what you can spare.
