I actually chuckled when I saw IWP typed it. I don't mind the use of the word, I just have trouble envisioning a time when I would use it while around my friends. And if I did use it, I have a feeling any background music would stop playing, and my group would all stop and stare at me like, "WTF!?" So I don't.SportsAndLady;1534055 wrote:Who uses the word pedantic? -
Manhattan BuckeyeLike the photo above stated, when you are trying to impress people at a party in Quahog.

Or maybe we're getting a deal at $600 million? http://www.politico.com/story/2013/11/darrell-issa-obamacare-hearing-99788.html -
cruiser_96Believer: I know. The company was hired at $90-some million. Final tally??? $600-some million!!!!!!!! That's like SIX TIMES the amount initially declared!!!!!!!! And are we supposed to think the ACA is going to work like financial clock work!?!?!? Come on, man!

O-TrapAlso, there is absolutely zero reason for the site to have even cost the initial projection to build. The maintenance of the server space would be pretty hefty, but dear lord, no site should cost NEARLY that much.
