gosh a ruddies gut, it takes time to undue the damage of thirty plus years of deregulation and tax cuts for the rich, plus the mismanagement of two wars. Our African American President has us on the correct path. Hopefully with the support of the decent portion of the American electorate he will have a second term to continue his misson.

Truth be told, people like Isadore secretly hope Romney wins because they relish playing the role of victim, real or imagined.

gosh a ruddies what do we see a horrendous unemployment situation created by Bush then Obama being able to stop the slide and then improve the situation.

Note from your chart it pretty much peaked when Obama took office. The crisis was over. What Obama managed to do was squash the recovery.

And what little progress he made is deceptive due to how many people have quit looking for work and dropped out of the workforce. There's been no progress on real employment.

You're living in the bubble. By nearly every objective measure, things are no better than when he took office. Coming off such a deep recession that IS an accomplishment but not one to be proud of.

no that is not what is there. That horrendous fall caused by Bush polices was so bad it continued through 2009 into 2010 when President Obama turned it around.

Other than, no, we bottomed shortly after 2012 and the community agitator (calling him an organizer is obviously giving too much credit) hasn't turned anything around....Other than that, I agree with the period at the end of your post.

the fall of the economy was not turned around the moment he took office, the fall caused by Bush policies took over a year to stop.

No they didn't. With TARP and the auto-bailout, and then stimulus, the economy was fully stabilized. Growth should have been a given. And that's why Obama turned from the economy to Obamakare and other pet projects. The problem is his anti-business agenda threw the breaks on what should have been a slam-dunk of a recovery.

I'm not the one living in a fantasy world. You keep making excuses and distorting the facts to prop-up a POTUS that, for some reason, you need to keep mentioning is African American.

Why do you do that? Am I to expect less because Obama is black?!?

Our African American President has been forced to struggle against an opposition party motivated not just by partisanship but racism and funded in their efforts by self serving corporate and plutocratic wealth

So you're saying his failures are because he's black? You're a racist.

Your statement is at variance with the truth.

We are about to drive off the fiscal cliff and enter another recession because of his complete failings as president. On top of that he has saddled every family of 4 with an additional $68,000 in obama debt in just 4 years. Please add that to your family's personal balance sheet along with their declining home value and decreased incomes and tell me again how we are truly "rebounding"!

The blue line represents the civilian labor force participation rate and the Red line is the unemployment rate. Correlate much?
