OWE may have lower crime rates than certain parts of Toledo, but it definitely doesn't have some of the lowest in Toledo. Being involved in the real estate business here, I have seen many people lose their ass in the OWE. Doesn't help that the housing market has taken a shit over the last 5 years. The people that did fix up some of those OWE mansions now are stuck. -
