You may have a point. However, revealing secrets of our nation through a Private First Class is grounds for treason. I don't know the PFC's name, but a hanging is in due order for his scrawny cheap ass.
As far as Mr. Assange, he is an enemy of the USA and since we do not have a declaration of war act on his country, I suppose he can go about spewing his vomit. I will go back to the last time this country had a pair in time of war, the Big One, and state that had Mr. Assange been giving our secrets to the Axis Powers, then he would have had to cover his ass by hiding or moving to the Fatherland. Since our cajones are in a glass jar on Queen Nancy's credenza (among others), we technically have no right to chase him from hole to hole and he is a "free" man.
There was a time, not so long ago, when you were either against the USA or for the USA. Those days are so far gone, we'll need a revolution to get them back. -
ptown_trojans_1Some of the info is not bad, most of it is not in fact.
But, the one item recently, on the nuclear research reactor in Yemen with 1 or no guards at it was actually not good news. The reason is there has not been any known traffic of al Qaeda in Yemen knowing of the facility and that it had some quantities of radioactive material (probably cesium or beryllium). Now, they know that that facility has or had material and could allow them to attack or at the very least talk about attacking it.
That was actually an example of where the leak hurt the U.S. -
CenterBHSFanPersonally, I find that if somebody has to sneak around, steal material, and then sell it to the detriment of your country - no matter what level of detriment - there should be no pussyfooting around with that person(s).
The means to do it says enough: sneaking around, being underhanded, selling it to people who have no business having it, etc. -
I Wear PantsI'm really looking forward to the next round of wikileaks, they are on Bank of America.
Because of this Bank of America is trying to get people to pass a law that makes corporate whistleblowers inform their boss(es) first. Because you know, that seems like the right thing.
