Millions out of work ...... Obama out golfing.

More accurately, if a leader engages in something you deem liberal, it is "radical left wing" and "Marxist". No different to the people who call Trump a fascist.QuakerOats;1872455 wrote:Ramming Marxist policies/rules/regulations down the throat of free peoples and a capitalist economy makes you a Marxist. But you knew that. -
QuakerOatsIf you want to cite some examples of fascist policy being implemented by Trump, go ahead.
obama's Marxist policy agenda is well-documented. -

The problem with parroting the conservative talkers is that it exposes your total lack of knowledge of Marxism and the history of capitalistic society.QuakerOats;1872485 wrote:If you want to cite some examples of fascist policy being implemented by Trump, go ahead.

It is an insult to the millions who actually lived under the thumb of marxist / communist rule. Comparing that to a president who was apt to favor regulations on some things is ludicrous. There are many capitalistic democracies that are more regulated than we are. In many cases it's not even close. It is no different than calling Trump a fascist. That's an insult to those who endured the Nazis. -
QuakerOatsI was not parroting anyone; I have been saying for 8 years that obama pushed Marxist policies, because he did.
Good luck. -

Good luck with what?QuakerOats;1872633 wrote:I was not parroting anyone; I have been saying for 8 years that obama pushed Marxist policies, because he did.
Good luck.
What I observe is that politicians like Obama used to be called "liberal" or "left wing" more than anything else. In recent years, Limbaugh, Hannity - the whole cabal - started using "Marxist". Low and behold, that word coincidentally found its way into the lexicon of guys like you. Similar to "drive by media", "fake news", etc. -

That's what you get when dealing with the right-wing version of the more deluded Gawker commenters.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1872644 wrote:Good luck with what?

True. It would, however, be helpful if the left recognized hate groups on their "side" who indeed ARE Marxists, and preferably, disavow them.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1872644 wrote:Good luck with what?

I agree that words like "marxist" and "facist" are thrown around far too often by people who obviously don't have the slightest clue what they mean.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1872482 wrote:More accurately, if a leader engages in something you deem liberal, it is "radical left wing" and "Marxist". That said, "radical left-wing" is pretty apropos. -

Technically, "fake news" is a term coined by the left....the right has just hijacked it for far more effective use.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1872644 wrote:...."fake news", etc. -

I mean, I think Trump is an idiot....but the way he was able to own and change the context of "fake news" was simply masterful.FatHobbit;1872861 wrote:They don't like it when you call their propaganda fake news.
