  FYI: If and when you show up tomorrow night, there will be a small clinic going on for 4h through 9th graders. Try not to interfere with them too much as many have paid good money for the training and some have travelled pretty far to be here.
  
  Secondly, if you'd like to show up early an help the little tykes, by all means go for it, but do remember the above prtion and the fact that they've travelled to be here. Be a help... not a hinderance.
  
  The clinic ends at 5pm so they'll be off the mat in time for our open at session. See you then.

  5:15 to 5:23...drilling
  5:23 to 5:36...takedowns*
  5:38 to 5:51...top, bottom, out*
  5:53 to 6:06...takedown for the pin*
  6:08 to 6:15...a match*
  6:15 to 6:30...cool down, shower/wrestling talk

  We have guys in weight classes ranging just about the full spectrum. Mainly high schoolers, 15 to 20 regulars, most of which are high schoolers, with a ocuple post-high schoolers still wrestling.
