How about an all-time Central district roster thread?

    Cradle3,

thanks for taking the time to put that together...pretty neat stuff with some names from the past. If I had to guess, we come from roughly the same era.

while it's impossible to create a definative list, i'd like to pimp the UA angle:
Matt Stout at 103-112 was never defeated in the OCC and was a 4 time SQ. Joel Walker from UA should be in the mix high-up at either 52 or 60-- Won a title as a Junior and took 3rd as a Senior. Timmy McClellan was ridicledogs placing 2nd a couple times around 125ish etc.. I'll dig out some old stuff to better represent.

good to see Courtot getting some love. Also, Scott Sheets is deserving of mention.

cradle jim smiles ready was a step above every name you have at 103 and 112 except for maybe kasser. it would be close though and a sweet fantasy lightweigth match. smiles was complete and one of the biggest lightweights ive wrestled with. there are alot of good names on your list but you are missing some greats.

Yeah, I know there's prob about 15-20 more per wt that I'm missing. I can really only go back to about 1989. As I was driving home last night I was just thinking "man, I gotta put Smiles on there"

Off the top of my head others not on there would be
    Mohr (Delaware)
    Daily (Mt. Vernon)
    Meade (Licking hts)
    Andy Disabato (DeSales)
Jack Lowe (Grandview) <- Some of the older guys will have to help out. He was always mentioned in the program for the grandview hts tournament.
    Many from Licking Hts
    Tim Cameron (Hillard)
    Jonathan Alder's asst, upperweight
    Tracy Miller (Teays Valley)
    Elwood (New Albany)
Mike Branham (West Jeff), pretty sure he tech'd in the finals w/ a torn ACL
    Chilcote (Groveport)
    Dan Salmon (WK)
    Joe Clark (Franklin Hts)
    Scott Shaw (Hamilton Twp)
    Braxton (Westerville South)
    Davis (Hillard)
    George (Fairfiled U)
Moore (DeSales) 140lbr who placed high as a soph & jr, the didn't make it out of sectionals due to a slam and a tough conso-semi opponent
    Jay Thomas (Beechcroft)
    Spivey, Neeley (T. Whorthington)
Caleb Marsh is the real deal, so is the 130/135 who placed 3rd last year.
