When you stress physical conditioning with your own kids and train to go 6 strong minutes and your opponents counters that with" the fake injury or Iam going to puke " technique to try to get his breath back and the coaches are clearly milking it watering him down and instructing him on his next move while the refs are joking among themselves while the "in shape" wrestler is the only one dying to get the match going again.rtherthrwyathnknwya wrote:

Con_AlmaThat stinks and is bad for the sport. The challenge is how do you measure intent?

Wow! Exactly my problem. Did you see one of the wrestlers that I did? Both Saturday matches injury t/o at the exact same time in the match, both with the same puking sound. Ewww! If he's really been sick (which I respect if he was) why not be sick earlier? Why always at the same time?falcon81 wrote:

Falcon, I know your boys are ready to go hard all 6 minutes. I think the 2 TO rule helps and the 90 seconds also. Back in my day it was a little more of a free for all. -
yupitsmemy son has never taken an injury time for "pukin" but has for blood. i just hope that it wouldnt get abused. i have seen kids puke and not "dry heeeeeev" its that time of year and have seen many of our kids wrestle while they were sick, so i'm guessing were not the only team with kids that get sick. i'm not disagreeing with you, i know people take advantage of the time.

My sons actually had very bad bronchitis and then missed school monday. I will not stop a match because they are tired. It is abused by out of shape kids and some coaches who run soft rooms. Its legal , it works , so its used all the time when the match is going sour ... Oh .. well .. it will catch up with them . Karma laws and rules still apply ..LOLrtherthrwyathnknwya wrote:
