    Walters River View 220

Is Endres wrestling, have not seen his name since topgun and he did not wrestle Claymont heard rumors his shoulder is hurt. Also wrestled 70 at Topgun
  • MPhillips
I don't believe there is any way Napier (HT) wrestles at 38. There is also a very good chance that C.Ray (HT) goes top 6 and possibly top 4 at either 45 or 52. I know, I know.."Only a Frosh." He's a had a nice season thus far with some quality wins all against older opponents.(Hasn't wrestled another freshman all year.)
Another that definitely should be top 4 (and no question top 6.) is B. Ray (HT) at 82. He's been arguably HT's best performer this season. I believe he is one pin away from setting HT's single season pin record.

The 'Early predictions' look pretty solid though and we had to start somewhere. Thanks Dirtyscramble. Nice job.

I don't believe Napier (HT) will be at 38? If so...Top 6 is asking a bit. Same for Maupin (HT) at 32.
    B. Ray (HT) 82 Can definitely get to the top 6 and it's not out of the question top 4. He's arguably been HT's best performer thus far along with Crum and Jewell.

I have no inside info. All statements above are purely and solely opinion with a bit of fact sprinkled here and there.
Not looking for an argument, but will participate if one presents itself.

Dirtyscramble...Nice list, had to start somewhere.

Young from whitehall wrestled 160 at the Cruiser invitational. Hortz has wrestled 170 for Whitehall most of the season - at least at the Cruiser Invitational and all the results I've seen thus far.

Just predictions, but it's a start.
  • Dad4Sports
Langdon will be at 113.....D Warner has been Claymont's 106 for much of the year. Due to the lineup traffic jam, he will have to move to 120 for sectionals since he won't beat out Burcher or Langdon

I would be surprised if Moray 220 from Stuebenville doesn't finish top 4. I watched him at Top Gun where he finished 3rd, and thought he was pretty good. Of course, I've not seen Shurina wrestle. However, I have seen the rest of them. They are all pretty good, but I think Moray could definitely give them a run for their money. I might even put him top 2.

is griffith (big walnut) still hurt? and i think the 145 from west might beat waits
  • Dirtyscramble
yah well west is D1 :P
  • Westie101
West's 45 did beat Waits earlier in the year, but as dirtyscramble said west is d1.
  • great95
nice....what city kids do you think will make it out of districts or at least be alternates
  • Westie101
as far as division one goes competition is tough, Alexander from northland should be top six at 138. In division two gusan from ridge is a sure bet at hwt, then schembri of ridge, mills of mifflin, and hendricks of centennial will all come close and have a decent shot. Maybe Baker at 195 from mifflin.

Parsons is at 120 not 126

I think Ridder from Alder makes it in at 220, I also think his HVY teamate Kuhlwein might take districts.
  • great95
patrick 170 from marion franklin might be able to get there....2x district qualifier 3rd times a charm
