Arguing with a Bengals fan on FB screaming the Patriots bought them another AFC Championship and refs gave it to Patriots.

I can’t go back to that. Glad the Bengals fans on here aren’t like the ones on my FB

I obviously hate the Patriots but I think blaming the refs or calling them cheaters is incredibly lazy. Patriots did what they do best and Jaguars couldn’t keep up.

Again, thank you. That shit makes me crazy. I gotta stay away.

Completely against what they did all game.

This is what teams do all the time against them.  Seattle in the Super Bowl, Atlanta in the Super Bowl, Jax today, etc.  Yes, NE is great and they make winning plays when it matters most, but these teams also keep choking and helping them.

Those defensive backs just can't get it in their head that PI is the same as a completion on those types of throws and there is no detriment to let him see if he can make the catch.

The Minn DB got the right idea in his head when he was beat, and didn't interefere on a 50yd bomb, and was rewarded with a drop!

Like in basketball where player is driving and defense is there for very tough finish and they foul the shooter

Philly needs to save some of this for the Super Bowl.

Did Philly hide Nick Foles' ability during the menaingless games and the last playoff game? Seems like it

Pats win in a blowout.  Lowest SB ratings, ever.

The extra week for Gronk to get back is big. 2 weeks of Belichick to get a game plan ready for Foles? My money would be on the Pats

Was that insane hangtime by Gilmore or just my imagination? Feel like he was floating while he waited for the ball to get there

That  was my exact thought.  His hang time made that play

I thought of this Sunday night...,

In what situations, score, timing, game details, would you be confident your team could hang on to beat Brady?

For my steelers....up 14, with the ball, and 4 minutes to go.

With 4 to go?   I'd be okay up 17 with 4 to go with NE having the ball, 14 with Pitt having it.

You could just feel them coming back but when it was 3rd and 18 I wondered but once they got it...game over

The game is over AND the refs have left the field AND they're doing post-game interviews.

Jets ball with 4 minutes to go? I'd be confident they wouldn't blow an 18 point lead.

Pats ball with 4 minutes to go? I'd want a 3+ TD lead to feel comfortable.

It's really not fun being a Jets fan during this run of Pats dominance. I've lost a lot of interest in football over the last several years because of it.

For the Bengals? Never.

Interesting quip this morning by Danny Sheridan about gambling on the SB.  The most interesting to me was the winner covered 90% of the time.  So his advice is whomever you think will win..........bet them and don't pay attention to the points.

Or do the opposite knowing the other side is due
