The most historic stadium in the nation is getting new turf. At a cost of over $411,000, not a dime will be spent out of the general fund.

I know you're all excited about the new turf project at PBTS, as am I. I must have had 100 people say to me in the last week, "Chiefy, how can you improve on the best stadium in the nation?" And I said, new turf. Just because you have the best facilities, facilities that everyone is jealous of, doesn't mean you stand pat, you have to continue to make improvements and adjustments.
