Massillon Looks Unbeatable

Massillon easily defeats Akron St. V. in opener. While most teams play a cupcake to open the season, the Tigers played a state power and dominated. The score was 35-7, but it would have been much worse if we didn't back off. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for all of our kids to come together, but they did it quickly this year. I believe this game validates the return of the Massillon combine this year as a success. Our 25th state title and 10th national title should come this season.

I didn't know you still fielded a squad up there.  I thought football had been discontinued there in the 1960s or 1970s.

We are the most dominant team in high school football history. 9 national championships says it all.

I thought it would be 10 by now, don't you guys usually pick up an otherwise unknown/ yet to be discovered championship or two during the off-season? Get those slackers off their azzes and find!

Massillon rolls over a D1 powerhouse in week 2. Can anything stop this team?

Harbin has been very inaccurate over the years. Harbin currently has Kings Mills as the best team in the entire state. I never heard of Kings Mills. They sound like they should be making my box of cereal.

The Tigers continue to roll in Week 3. As Massillon proceeds through the toughest schedule in the nation, this week's victim was Warren. Warren is always a state power, and Tigers beat them easily.
