Klu-bot on the mound tonight.

Whats the difference between the Pittsburgh Pirates and a mosquito?

A mosquito stops sucking.

Pirates fail to sign their 2nd overall draft pick Gunnar Hoglund before deadline

LOL nice fail dipshits

Did you know the Pirates had 20 straight seasons of losing? LMAO

Pittsburgh vs. AL Central this year = 10-2. Might be going against the one team in the division that isn't complete drizzling shits, but I still see 2/3 going their way.

back to back infield fuck ups by Kipnis and Alonso gives Pittsburgh five outs, leading to three runs...Klubs has to be fricking hot!

and Alonso fucks up yet again by not cutting off the ball—he’s having a horrendous month all the way around...and to compound the problem, Kluber leaving pitches high and flat, and getting hit pretty hard—our offense needs to step it up big time if we’re going to get back in this

Good retort.

Pirates are unbeatable in shitty weather/rain delay games

Have thought there was something wrong with Kluber for a while not. Just hasn't been himself in several starts.

ditto--everything seems to be high and flat--I thought they had that worked out a couple of games ago, but obviously not...right now he's our #2 (behind Bauer), and based on how Cookie pitched his last two outings, an argument can be made for #3

Should've been "now" instead of "not" in my post, my bad.

The worst thing about this, to me (probably my opinion only), is that the Indians are a very successful team but they fall down on injury management, I think. Seems like they trot guys out there that aren't 100% or bring them back too early (see Andrew Miller).

Granted, most of these players are competitive and want to be out there so they might say "I'm ok" but sometimes it's better to error on the side of caution. I think they'll still win the division even if Kluber is out for a while.

Anyone who watches the Tribe knows that Naquin can only go left, right , and in.

Why CF?

Pathetic attempt by Naquin allows two more runs—our defense has been deplorable the last few games

Welp, don't foresee the rookie being in the playoff rotation.

They will only use a 3 or 4 man rotation in the playoffs and that rotation is Klubot,Bauer,Clev and Cookie.

Home runs and good pitching. The two things they didn't have during that ugly little 14-30 stretch. They've had a weird season. Good for the first 1.5 months, great right now and utter shit for half of May, June and the first week or so of July. But at least they've upgraded from probable sellers to potential buyers, so the trade deadline won't be a depressing "when the fuck does football start?" white flag!
